Nice work on the one with khukris, interesting way to wield them... not sure how well that would work, though, considering how they are usually weighted. I love the one on the upper left, it's always awesome to see characters with polearms and spears. I adore the look of her shield.

Thanks! I figure the kukris are wielded all Hollywood-style, where they're kind of held to block blows at this point, and as soon as the user wants to strike with them, wrist action swings them around to lend more force and bring them down conventionally... which of course would also broadcast the attack to everyone, but it'd *look* cool darnit.

The spearwoman is sort of what started out the set! I was partly thinking about a discussion in Monte Cook's blog, and partly about the 4e game I'd been running - one of the player characters is devastating with a spear, which is something I'd never seen possible in any previous edition.
