I just thought it was a neat idea to play with, the idea that you'd have this little wood spirit - tiny compared to most humans - piloting a gigantic hulking tree thing sort of like a foresty mecha.

Look great. I laughed when I saw teh description, because almost this exact thing happened to me in a tabletop RPG once, the only difference being that it was an elf child ghost piloting the tree.

As an aside, I see you're looking for published comissions. Have you tried Paradigm Concepts? They're an RPG publisher of a few different games. I've worked with them in the past as a writer under contract. www.paradigmconcepts.com
